The Programme · by application

44 Skills. Focus: Building Capability.

The Programme makes your business AI-capable — the whole organisation getting better at AI, not a handful of people who picked up a few prompts. An application-only track for South African leaders and their AI leads who want capability that compounds, not another certificate.

Three role-based tracks. One cohort. One operating system. Skills applied to your real business every month — so what you finish each cycle is a piece of work done in the business, not a module checked off a list.

The shape of the work

Skills. Applied. By role.

Buying the AI is the easy part — your competitors can rent the same models tomorrow. What they can't copy is a business built to use them. AI is leverage, not an engine: it multiplies a capable business and does almost nothing for an incapable one. So the advantage — the volume you can suddenly handle, the edge over slower rivals — lives in everything around the model, not the model itself. Three properties make that capability real.

A defined set of skills.

You don't drift through a syllabus. Every capability is named and deliberate — you always know what you're building, and why it matters to your business.

Applied to your business.

No case-study warehouse. Every skill arrives current — built around what's working now — and is applied inside your own business the same month you learn it. You leave each cycle with something done, not something noted.

By role.

The same skill at three altitudes — the leader who funds it, the AI lead who builds it, the team that uses it. You stop having the wrong AI conversations with the wrong people, and start having the right ones.

Is this your track?

Three role-based tracks. One cohort.

Three tracks, one cohort. Pick the one that matches who you actually are inside the business. Most companies bring two or three of you — the leader, the AI lead, the team using AI — and that's where the multiplier kicks in.

For the leader

Lead AI — without becoming the AI expert.

You set the direction; you don't need to write the prompts. Inside the first quarter you'll know which AI bets to back, which to kill, and exactly what your AI lead needs from you to ship the ones that matter.

Apply as a leader

For the AI lead

Make AI happen — without the firefighting.

You're the one expected to make it happen. You'll get the frameworks for choosing, deploying, governing, and scaling — plus peers who've already had the conversations you're walking into. The shortcut isn't being smarter; it's not being alone.

Apply as an AI lead

For the team member

Make your AI work count.

You're already using AI quietly. The track turns that into recognised capability — deeper craft, clear ethics, workflow patterns that compound. A skill set your leadership funds, your peers learn from, and your career builds on.

Apply as a team member

Not sure which? Pick the one closest to you now. The cohort holds all three roles across the membership — but your peers are matched by role. Leaders with leaders, AI leads with AI leads, team members with team members. That's how the conversations stay honest, and how cross-pollination actually happens — through the shared curriculum and shared benchmarks, not by mixing roles.

From the founder

We built this because every AI-readiness assessment we'd seen was either a vendor's sales tool or a McKinsey deck. Neither tells a South African MD what to actually do on Monday. This does — by stripping the theatre out, scoring honestly, and putting a human on the other side of the result.

Before you apply

The questions buyers ask just before they apply.

Why a programme, not a course?

Courses end. AI doesn't. The membership cycles month by month through a defined framework applied to your real business — what you finish each month is a piece of work done, not a module checked. It compounds for as long as you stay in.

Why only one or two seats per company?

Honesty doesn't scale with seat count. Cohorts dilute when they grow; ours doesn't. One or two champions per company pull the rest of the organisation onto the work through the platform — not by stacking more seats in the cohort.

What if I pick the wrong track?

You won't. The application surfaces who you actually are inside the business, and we push back on self-selection if it's off. Inside the cohort, peers are matched by role — you're always with the right ones for who you are.

Do I have to commit to three years?

No. The three years describes the rhythm at which the framework deepens — not a contract. You stay because each month produces something useful in your business; the day it stops doing that, you stop.

What this is, what this isn't

You've considered the alternatives. So have we.

Not a YouTube course

You watched it once. You haven't acted on any of it.

The compounding doesn't happen in your business. The capability doesn't stick. The work you needed to do is still there, waiting.

Not a Big 4 deck

A handsome PDF. A six-figure invoice. A bookshelf.

The slide that said you'd start in six months turned into a slide that says we'd start in eighteen. Strategy without the operating muscle to land it.

Not a generic AI certificate

A nice line on a CV. Nothing behind it.

Same global curriculum your competitor took. No South African ground, no governance built in, no advisor on the other side when something actually breaks.

Ours is the practical, compounding option.

The applied, reviewed, South African-grounded middle path between consuming AI content and hiring AI consultants — designed to leave your business measurably more AI-capable, not your people slightly better at prompting.

AI adoption is no longer optional. The application is the next move.

Five minutes to start. A short, role-adaptive set of questions, read by a person. Worst case, we point you somewhere better.
